Google came out with a new Doodle today to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Rubiks cube. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, here are a couple of screenshots:![]() After solving it: ![]() (I did solve it myself – it was tedious, all the turns were hard to manipulate on my PC. I can usually solve a 3x3x3 cube in 16-18 seconds, this took me more than 6 minutes :$) You should probably be able to find it with the main google link, however here’s the direct google doodle site: http://www.google.com/doodles/ As a cubing fan, I found it really cool that Google decided to implement this in an animated google doodle. Although I don’t really feel the urge to go solve it once more, it’s definitely an interesting thing ;D What do you guys think? |

I ragequit after about 5 minutes. Basically, I played, and this was on my mind: "Y U NO SOLVE!? WASN'T I GONNA SEARCH SOMETHING UP? DAMN I FORGOT" But it is definitely a fun thing to play Google Doodle also made a pac-man(long time ago) which is a very fun time-killer. |

Yep, the Pacman was fun, especially when the Candy thing didn't run out if you were impatient and went for Insert Coin twice ![]() It did take me 6 minutes to solve the entire thing. Google has been coming out with loads of amazing doodles, my favourite being this one (Spiritual Meaning ;)), my second favourite being the Doctor Who one |

I could never solve the rubix cube, although I believe I came close on Google. It was fun but it took me half an hour.... My friend is real good at the rubix cube, he can solve it in 13 seconds (we timed him 10 different times)
