So incase you didn't see my other post about my ipod, it got water damaged during summer and I asked for help on how to dry it out. Well it is now dried out (has been for a while im just lazy) and when I plug it in to my computer I get the screen that says it is charging. It even opens iTunes. It just wont turn on :p. Any further help on what to do or suggestions on what you all would do would be great :3 Thx again

Run...
If it won't turn on, the water has done its damage. I don't think it'll work unless you take it to a shop.

After leaving it on charge for a few days it actually turned on... It was on for like a minute until the screen went black. It wasn't actually off the screen just went black. I know this because now when I get my ipod it will come on for a few seconds then the screen will go black. If I slide my finger where the "slide to open" button is I can here the ipod making the sounds of me typing in the passcode and after I kept tapping it I woke it up again and it said my ipod was disabled for a minute. Lol any suggestions :p

ps thanks for the help :D

Probably needs a new screen. The water probably rusted one of the connectors so it's not displaying an image. Take it to a shop and see if they can do anything
