What program do you like the most? Vote here saying what you like the most and why. Ex.I like GIMP the most because there are many tutorials snf it is easy to use.I also like Photoshop because you can do animations and there is easier text effects. |

I've only ever used Photoshop, but I'd say it's the best out of the options. You have the most options/features (I believe), and because so many people use it, there is a very wide selection on the internet for brushes, tutorials, patterns, etc.I also really like the workspace and that although it's big and confusing at first, once you figure it all out working in Photoshop becomes so painless. Or at least for me it is. d: And yeah, the animation is a nice addition, though if you want to do any serious hand-drawn animation, I'd recommend using something else. |

Photoshop for me. No reason to try the others when I already have Photoshop which can pretty much do everything I need and much much more. |

I chose Gimp. I admit that at 1 moment I heard that Photoshop was amazing and got it. To much suprise, I couldn't figure out how to do ANYTHING. It seemed so complicated, while Gimp has a much better user friendly format. In my opinion, use gimp if you like online art as a hobby and use Photoshop if you want to get more seriouse. I love you, Gimp

Photoshop for me. Started out using PS 7 back in '04... I've used every version after that and liked PS CS3 Extended... so that's what I use. I'm never really tried Gimp or anything else in the voting list, but I do play around in Illy, c4d, and xara here and there. |

GIMP is easier unless you started straight out on Photoshop, and it does things that Photoshop still struggles with (the cubism filter is awesome, for example, and Photoshop's displacement sucks in comparison, but as a web designer? It has to be Photoshop. The layer styles make it absolutely invaluable. |
