Well, I do have a nice cake recipe I could share! :D

Maybe most of the people are too young to cook here or don't cook much. D: Neither do I, but I do bake! ^.^

Yep, you've shared that with us! :D

One of the recipes I have is completely local to my place. ^.^ It is as fun to eat as it is to make! :D

So, my chocolate lava cake, 'liquidified' cake :P and regional sweet recipe will be coming up soon when I get proper time to recollect and write here.

Actually, I might just refer to my recipe book too. : P

I once tried to make an egg for myself... First time I did it... It tasted delicious. Next, I made a scrambled egg for my sister... It sucked. :P
Oh, and my sister once tried making an egg (She's younger than me). I am not joking about this, I really am not, but it tasted like chicken. I am dead serious.

HAHAH that is hilarious! I can Imagine you cooking your egg and eating it, As you eat it, you hear angel voices singing Hallelujah. You think to yourself, "Good God! This is amazing! I must share it with the world". Then you make your sister one and she's excited but gags after the first bite.

Well, not so much. I made myself an over-easy egg, and I made her a scrambled one. I scrambled the egg too soon, I suppose, because it tasted funny to both her and me.

Oh. Well if it's alright with you, I'd like to think it went down that way just because it is funnier.

Ok, so the chocolate lava cake is easy. :) I made it today. ^.^ And it definitely looked darker, better and tastier than the picture below. :P

What you need to do is: (I'm going to copy and paste this from a site for I'm too lazy to type it all XD)

This recipe is for an EGGLESS choco lava cake not because I'm a veggie, but because I simply DON'T like egg! Try the egg-less version, it tastes like chocolate with no hint of egg. ^.^

Method:

1.) Combine the flour, sugar and cocoa powder and sieve well.
2.) Add the salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
3.) Add the butter and mix well.
4.) Add the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, and mix well to get a smooth batter.
5.) Pour half of it into a microwave safe bowl and push the chunk of chocolate right into the center of the batter.
6.) Top it with the remaining batter, taking care that the chocolate doesn’t protrude out of the batter.
7.) Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or till cooked.
8.) Keep aside for a minute, unmould and serve plain or with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk
a pinch salt
a pinch baking soda
a pinch baking powder
2 tsp melted butter
a chunk of cooking chocolate

This recipe was contributed by Kavitha Iyengar on 02 Feb 2012

I hope you all like it, it's that easy, takes just half an hour to make. Considering you're used to baking it. ^.^ (Oh, and 10 minutes for those super beings :P )

That looks delicious, and if yours looked better, I can't wait to try it. And I definitely will! Also, it's good because a few people in my family are allergic to eggs.

I need to try that sometime, though I will likely try with eggs jest because I am a traditionalist in terms of cooking. XD But thank you for posting the recipe!
