So...it's been about a month and a half since my computer died. Never did get around to fixing it. My parents gave me the option of fixing that busted old thing or getting me a new lap top. I did the only thing a wise person could do in the situation. I'm getting it sometime this week or next week. I'm happy about it and whatnot, but I can't help but want to fix my old one. Now don't get me wrong, the thing is a piece of numemon but there is one document on it that i wish i had access to. The document contains all the emails addresses to my breeding accounts on PTD2. I had 10 breeding email addresses saved on that document. Unfortunately, when my computer died, so did the document. I have tried scraping my mind for any possible recollection of what the email addresses are but I simply can't. 10 email addresses, all with an assortment of number combinations and such...and for some dumb reason, I never thought to write them down, or email the document to myself or save it of a flash drive. What kills me the most about it is they all had valuable pokemon in them, countless rare shinys and shadows that i traded for or bred myself. I've tried to forget it, telling myself there is nothing i can do about it. But it just keeps coming back to bug me. Because I can remember at least the name combinations of 4 email addresses but I can't quite remember the numbers that go along with them. And I keep hoping that I'll find a way to get them back. So...I am asking, does anyone know any possible way of getting these email addresses back? |

Theres really no way... Only a password recovery... You could email sam and ask him to see if he's willing to help you.. but I doubt he will |

So if you were able to fix the computer you would be able to get the document? Or is the document erased from that computer? If it isn't you can try to take the hard drive and if you are able to use it on a similar computer, I believe it would work. (But I am not very good with this computer build up thing so I may be wrong.) Maybe I can try to jog your memory about that number code for those e-mail addresses. Did any of them had a short pattern like 10101 or 23-26 or you get my point. If you know enough of the numbers, you can just take a few tries until you finally hit the right combination. |

Try transfering your hard drive into something that can read it. From there, export and save it so you can access it on that different device. If this does not work, I don't know what to do. |

You should have put that file onto a backup such as some online drive (google drive, etc) or a USB |

This. Your old ocmputer may not be able to boot, but the hard drives may still be compeltely fine, just take them out and put them into a working computer to see if you can recover anything, if not then you're out of luck unless Sam can help, though through the many games I've played, making multiple accounts for self boosting has always been a violation of the rules. Good luck |

I hope the hard drive trick works for you, and if you want to be extra careful with it, a technician could always help! Like I keep reminding people. X DGood luck, Augustus!

Yeah I forgot to say that my computer died because of a hard drive problem. I can't remember the numbers. I've tried but I can't. |

Well if your computer broke down because of a hard disk failure, there is 99.99999% chance that all the data stored on it is lost. I suggest you to take it to a repair shop and ask them if they can retrive the data. Good luck! |

Put the hard drive in a caddy, you never know what's wrong with one and accessing it without booting from it may help |
